We made these unique cannelloni with thin pancake (crepe) and filled it with a flavorful mix of spinach and white cheese, inspired by Greek cuisine. They are pre-baked and frozen for a quick, tasty meal with aroma of Mediterranean.

Breaded quick-frozen product made from dough with filling. Requires heat treatment according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Dough: Water, WHEAT white flour, EGGS, skimmed MILK powder, sunflower oil, sugar, iodised salt.
Spinach filling with white CHEESE 24% (spinach 64%, soft white CHEESE 30%, corn starch, spice mix (iodised salt (salt, potassium iodide), dried vegetables (parsnip, carrot, onion, lovage, leek, red pepper, parsley), spices (turmeric, garlic, black pepper, dill), sugar, starch).
Breading 12%: EGGS, BREADCRUMBS (WHEAT white flour, water, yeast, iodised salt, sugar), WHEAT white flour, iodised salt, pepper.
